摘  要:《运动生理学》是社会体育指导与管理专业学生的主修课程,更是他们从事健身指导员的理论和实践操作的基石。服务所在区域群众科学化参与体育运动,是高等教育大众化阶段地方高校体育院系发展的重要任务。运用专家甄选法和学情征询法,确定“身体素质”“运动技能学习”“环境与运动”“肥胖与体重控制”应用篇的具体课程内容作为健身指导员角色扮演的实证内容载体。将徐州工程学院社会体育指导与管理专业2020级两个班级共60名学生分成10组,完成健身指导角色的陈述性知识表达和业务内容展示。研究认为:健身指导角色扮演式教学“问题导向”的特质适合运动生理学教学全程使用;课堂教师应该肩负起“导演”职责;实际教学运行需要健全角色扮演式教学的各种保障制度。Sports physiology is not only the main course for students majoring in social sports guidance and management,but also the cornerstone of their theoretical and practical operation of fitness instructors.Serving the local people to participate in sports scientifically is an important task for the development of local colleges and universities in the stage of popularization of higher education.Through expert’s selection and student’s consultation,the specific course contents of the application chapters of“physical quality”,“sports skill learning”,“environment and sports”and“obesity and weight control”are determined as the empirical content of the fitness instructors role.There were 60 students in class 2020 of social sports guidance and management major of Xuzhou Institute of engineering,with a total of 10 groups to complete the declarative knowledge expression and business practice opportunities of fitness guidance role.It is considered that the role-playing teaching of fitness guidance is“problem oriented”and is suitable for the whole teaching of sports physiology;Classroom teachers should shoulder the responsibility of“director”;We need to improve various guarantee systems of role-playing teaching.
