摘  要:基于有限差分数值计算方法和网络交互式数据可视化技术,开发导热实验虚拟仿真软件。软件包括平壁、圆筒壁、球壳、等截面直肋、二维矩形区域5个仿真实验模块。其中二维矩形区域温度场以含内热源、非稳态和4个边界均对流传热为基础进行模拟,软件可分析导热体几何尺寸、物性参数、内热源和热边界条件等对温度场的影响,有助于学生加深对稳态与非稳态的概念、等温线的特点等内容的理解。软件在线开放的使用可对传热学课程的教学质量提高起到促进作用。Based on the finite difference numerical calculation method and the interactive data visualization technology based on the Web,the virtual simulation experimental software of heat conduction is developed.The software includes 5 simulation experimental modules,i.e.,flat plate,cylindrical wall,spherical shell,isometric straight fin and two-dimensional rectangular area.Among them,the simulation of temperature field in two-dimensional rectangular region is based on internal heat source,unsteady state and convective heat transfer with four boundaries.The influences of geometry,physical parameters,internal heat source and thermal boundary conditions on temperature field can be analyzed.The students would deepen understand the concepts of steady state and unsteady state,and the characteristics of isotherm with the help of the software.The use of open online software will promote the teaching quality of heat transfer course.
