摘  要:针对大学生工程创新实践中多样化定制的快速制件需求,中心采用互联网+3D打印的策略,建设了国内高校3D打印云平台,实现3D模型远程递交、模型检测修复、耗材估算、打印进程监控、取件提醒或递送服务,突破时间和空间的限制,线上线下联动快速响应,为全校学生提供一站式远程协同加工服务;同时为方便学生交流创意,拓展思路,云平台构建了3D模型设计库,具有交流共享、知识资源和软件工具支持等功能。3年的运行实践表明,所建立的3D打印云平台,实现了线上线下服务的高度融合,为互联网+现代制造提供了一个典型示范,利用互联网云平台的资源集聚能力,有效整合产品设计、加工工艺、设备运行、服务管理等数据资源,汇聚共享设计能力、加工能力、软件资源、知识模型等资源,实现业务系统向云端迁移,促进制造的智能化和信息化升级,形成新的应用生态,提供更有利于学生创新实践的条件。A new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial transformation has started,and future-oriented talent cultivation requires more in-depth innovation practice.The Student Innovation Center of Shanghai Jiao Tong University has captured the opportunity to build a national demonstration base of“mass entrepreneurship and innovation”and explored a new model of education through practice and project service.Targeting the demand of diverse personalized fast workpiece delivery in students’project innovation,the center adopted the strategy of“Internet+3 D printing”and pioneered the first university 3 D printing cloud platform,which realizes services such as remote delivery of 3 D models,model testing and maintenance,material consumption estimation,printing progress monitoring,picking-up reminder,and delivery,breaking the limits of space and time.As a result,a one-stop remote collaboration service platform serves all students with fast collaboration and responses online and offline.Besides,to facilitate student communication and expanding ideas,the cloud platform provides functions including 3 D model design database,information sharing,storage of knowledge and resources,and software tool support.Three years of operation practice proves that the 3 D printing cloud platform realized deep integration of online and offline services,which effectively supports students’innovation,explores application scenarios of 3 D printing,and improves the processing service efficiency and service ability.The Platform is also an example for the combination of Internet and modern manufacturing,which gathers resources through the internet cloud platform,effectively consolidates data in product design,processing technique,equipment operation,and service management,and collects resources of design ability,processing ability,software resources,and knowledge model.As a result,the business system is transferred to the cloud,which facilitates intelligentization and informationization upgrading,forms a new application
