摘  要:为了构建以工匠精神建设为核心的技术服务支撑体系,学校在整合实验室场地、设备、人员等教育资源的基础上,通过大型仪器设备共享、实验操作技术队伍建设、团队文化建设等措施不断完善提升技术服务支撑体系及水平,努力解决好科学问题、技术人才和大型装备三者有效整合、相互促进的问题。同时以“校—院”两级仪器设备集约化管理平台的建设为主要载体,积极盘活实验室及其内部资源活力,促进大型仪器设备资源面向师生开放,从而达到培养学生科研兴趣,提高学生科研创新能力,实现交叉学科高质量发展和拔尖人才培养。In order to build a technical service support system with the construction of craftsman spirit as the core,authors’school has continuously improved the technical service support system through channel measures such as equipment sharing,construction of experimental operation technical team and construction of team culture,by integrating laboratory site,equipment,personnel and other educational resources.Efforts have been made to solve the problems of effective integration and mutual promotion among scientific problems,technical personnel and large-scale equipment.At the same time,construction of“schools-university”two level instruments and equipment sharing service platform is taken as the main carrier,we actively revitalize the laboratory and its internal resources,promote the large-scale instruments and equipment resources for open between teachers and students,to cultivate the students’interest in scientific research,to improve students’scientific research innovation ability.It realizes the interdisciplinary development and top quality teachers and students to the aim of personnel training.
