摘  要:新一轮科技革命背景下,大学能教给学生的知识滞后于实际的科技发展需求已成为无法避免、不可逆转的新常态。本科人才培养模式改革是解决这一新矛盾的重要途径。通过对高校现行案例的访谈研究,发现依托实验室科研团队的本科创新人才培养模式,符合核心素养的内涵,能够有效克服单一导师制的缺陷,拓展广泛的学术合作网络。科研团队对本科教育的反馈和修正及时、准确、针对性强,是实现一流本科教育的有效合理的路径。本科生和实验室科研团队的融合,能促进资源的交叉利用,达到事半功倍的效果,具有现实的可行性。Under the new round of scientific and technological revolution,the knowledge that universities can teach students lags behind the actual requirements of scientific and technological development.The reform of undergraduate talent training mode is important to solve the lagging behind.Through gualitative research on the current cases of a university,it is found that the undergraduate innovative talent training model based on the laboratory research team,can effectively overcome the shortcomings of the single tutorial system and expand the extensive academic cooperation network.The feedback and corrections of the scientific research team on undergraduate education are timely,accurate,and pertinent,which tacilitates“first-class”undergraduate education.The integration of undergraduates and laboratory research teams promotes the cross-utilization of the resources to yield twice with half the effort.It is realistic and feasible.
