摘　　要：实验室安全教育是高校实验室安全工作的基础工程。针对当前高校实验室安全教育工作中普遍存在的问题,结合学校实际工作情况,通过落实学校、学院、实验室三级实验室安全教育责任,利用信息化技术手段,建设“一人一档”的动态实验室安全技术培训个人电子档案库。实施“全员参与”的自查与检查相结合的安全隐患排查与风险评估,开展VR虚拟与实际操作相结合的实验室安全应急演练。初步建成以实验室安全教育培训、实验室隐患排查与风险评估、实验室突发事故应急处置三大体系为基础的高校实验室安全教育体系。推进实验室安全教育长效工作机制建设,使实验室安全文化氛围显著提升。Laboratory safety education is the foundation engineering of university laboratory security work.In view of the common problems on the laboratory safety education in universities,a three-class safety responsibility system of university,college and lab was implemented.The personal electronic files of laboratory safety technical training were also constructed by the information technique.The hidden danger investigation and risk assessment were carried out through the self/others-examination of all staff participation.The VR virtual and actual laboratory emergency drills have already developed.It was preliminarily built that the laboratory safety education system consisting of laboratory safety education training,laboratory hidden danger investigation and risk assessment,and laboratory emergency treatment.This system promoted the construction of long-term working mechanism on laboratory safety education,and improved the cultural atmosphere of laboratory safety.
