摘　　要：高职百万扩招对机械工程专业是一项全新挑战。机械工程专业应以此为契机,深入剖析扩招生的学情现状与存在问题;以扩招生的高质量精准培养为出发点,以新时期复合型高素质技术技能人才精准培养为目标,积极转变育人理念,坚持类型教育;明确标准,制定分类人才精准培养方案,创新课程体系和教学模式;坚持需求驱引,多元灵活开发教学资源;坚持成果导向,灵活多样教学评价方式;坚持课证融通,探索与完善学分银行制度;精细服务与管理,强化要素保障;多元引才,提升双师育人水平,多措并举促进扩招生人才的高质量精准培养。The expansion of millions of students in higher education is a new challenge for mechanical engineering majors.On the basis of in-depth analysis of the current situation and existing problems of expanding enrollment,mechanical engineering majors should take this opportunity to take the high-quality and accurate training of expanding enrollment as the starting point,take the accurate training of compound high-quality technical and skilled talents in the new era as the goal,actively change the concept of education and adhere to type education,formulate accurate training plans for classified talents to clear standards and innovate curriculum system and teaching mode.It should adhere to demand-driven,diversified and flexible development of teaching resources.It should adhere to the results-oriented,flexible and diverse teaching evaluation methods.It should adhere to the integration of courses and certificates,and improve the credit banking system.It should improve service and management,and strengthen guarantee of the elements.It should attract talents in multiple ways,improve the level of dual-teacher education,and take multiple measures to promote the high-quality and accurate cultivation of talents with expanded enrollment.
