摘  要:基于产教融合的理念及实证研究,借力于产业和企业资源,探索并践行“四能两制”的高职翻译人才培养模式,即构建培养学生“德、学、创、续”四个能力的课程体系,以“现代学徒制、学分制”来“保驾护航”,并通过“标准融合、团队融合、资源融合”的主要实施路径,取得了积极的教学成效,实现了“多赢”的结果。Based on the concept of industry-education integration and empirical study,this paper explores and practices the training mode of “four abilities & two systems” for translation talents in higher vocational colleges with the help of industrial and enterprise resources,that is,constructs a curriculum system to cultivate students’ four abilities of “morality,learning,innovation and sustainability” with “modern apprenticeship and academic credit system” as the escort. Through the main implementation paths of“standard integration,team integration and resource integration”,the training mode has achieved positive teaching results and realized a “multi-win” outcome.
