辅酶Q10辅助治疗偏头痛的疗效及对血浆5-HT、NPY和P物质的干预作用

摘　　要：目的 探讨辅酶Q10辅助治疗偏头痛的疗效及对血浆5-羟色胺(5-HT)、神经肽Y (NPY)和P物质的干预作用。方法选择重庆市长寿区人民医院神经内科2018年4月至2019年2月收治的105例偏头痛患者,随机分为51例对照组和54例研究组,对照组采用阿司匹林预防治疗,研究组采用辅酶Q10预防治疗,对比两组临床疗效,治疗前后头痛症状积分、血浆5-HT、NPY、P物质水平、脑血流速变化情况与不良反应。结果研究组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组头痛症状评分均下降,研究组头痛症状评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组血浆5-HT均上升,NPY、P物质均下降,研究组变化更明显(P<0.05)。两组脑血流速均上升,研究组脑血流速高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应总发生率比较无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论辅酶Q10可提高偏头痛临床疗效,有效减轻患者头痛症状,并可调节血浆5-HT、NPY和P物质的表达,且药物安全性高。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of coenzyme Q10 on migraine and its intervention on plasma 5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT),neuropeptide Y(NPY) and substance P.Methods 105 migraine patients admitted to the Department of Neurology,Changshou District People’s Hospital of Chongqing from April 2018 to February 2019 were randomly divided into 51 cases as control group and 54 cases as study group,the control group received aspirin preventive treatment and the research group received coenzyme Q10 preventive treatment.The clinical efficacy,headache symptom scores,plasma 5-HT,NPY and P substance levels,cerebral blood flow rate changes and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of research group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of headache symptoms in both groups decreased,and the scores of headache symptoms in the research group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).In both groups,plasma 5-HT increased,while NPY and substance P decreased,especially in the research group(P<0.05).Cerebral blood flow rate increased in both groups,the cerebral blood flow rate in the research group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Coenzyme Q10 can improve the clinical efficacy of migraine,effectively relieve headache symptoms of patients,regulate the expression of plasma 5-HT,NPY and substance P,and has high drug safety.
