摘　　要：肝癌严重威胁着人类的生命健康,天然产物因其更低的全身毒性和更少的副作用,在抑制肝癌细胞增殖,诱导肝癌细胞凋亡,抑制肿瘤侵袭等方面发挥重要优势。本文整理了近十年来天然产物治疗肝癌的研究进展,旨在为天然产物抗肝癌研究和临床应用提供参考借鉴。Liver cancer is a serious disease which threats people’s life and health.For the lower systemic toxicity and fewer side effects,natural compounds play an important role in inhibiting the proliferation of hepatoma cells,inducing apoptosis of hepatoma cells,and inhibiting tumor invasion.This paper summarizes the research progress of natural compounds in the treatment of liver cancer in the recent ten years,aiming to provide reference for the research and clinical application of natural compounds in counteracting liver cancer.
