摘 要:振动压路机压实度佳,压实深度深,适用范围广泛,是目前压实工作的首要选择和标准化设备。为了能够实时并准确的得知压实土壤的压实情况和判断压路机工作过程中是否出现故障,需要得知压路机振动加速度和压实度之间的关系。为了得到压路机振动加速度与压实度之间的关系,本文采用DH186加速度传感器采集振动压路机的振动轮工作过程的信息并对该信号进行合理的分析,针对振动压路机钢轮的振动加速度信号采集中所存在的噪声,采用IIR低通滤波器对同一信号进行滤波去噪,得到有效的信号成分后选择合适周期内的振动加速度信号进行处理得到振动加速度的有效值。对选定点的压实度用灌砂法进行测定后,在Excel中绘制线性拟合图形并得出相关参数,从而得到压路机振动加速度与压实度的关系。结果表明:压路机压实度和振动加速度之间存在一定的线性关系,路面压实度的好坏一定程度上取决于压路机的振动加速度。Vibratory rollers have good compaction effects,great depth of influence,and a wide range of applications.They are the standard equipment and first-choice equipment for many compaction jobs.In order to be able to know the compaction of the compacted soil in real time and accurately and determine whether there is a failure in the working process of the roller,it is necessary to know the relationship between the vibration acceleration of the roller and the degree of compaction.In order to obtain the relationship between the vibration acceleration of the roller and the degree of compaction,this paper uses the DH186 acceleration sensor to collect information on the working process of the vibrating wheel of the vibratory roller and conduct a reasonable analysis of the signal.For the existing noise,use an IIR low-pass filter to filter the same signal to remove noise,and after obtaining effective signal components,select the vibration acceleration signal in the appropriate period for processing to obtain the effective value of the vibration acceleration.After measuring the degree of compaction of the corresponding point by the traditional sand filling method,the correlation linear fitting with the effective value of the vibration acceleration is performed,so as to obtain the relationship between the vibration acceleration of the roller and the degree of compaction.The results show that there is a linear relationship between the compaction degree and the vibration acceleration of the roller,and the pavement compaction degree depends on the vibration acceleration of the roller to a certain extent.
