重载铁路岔区施工后限速期间提速行车安全性分析

摘　　要：2万t列车通过重载铁路更换道岔、道床清筛后岔区须在现有限速标准下提速运行,为此制定了提速方案——将现有限速标准中第二阶段限速由45 km/h提至55 km/h,第三阶段限速由60 km/h提至65 km/h。在岔区选定两个区段分别进行更换道岔、道床清筛施工,施工结束达到开通条件后,5 000 t、1万t、2万t列车通过,按“4 h+24 h+4 h制”分四个阶段连续测试轮轨力和轨道静态沉降。结果表明:提速运行条件下列车经过更换道岔区段时轮轨力大于道床清筛区段,但其均小于限值;更换道岔和道床清筛施工稳定后轨道静态累计沉降分别为5.1、7.8 mm,两种作业工况都具备安全行车条件。优化相关运营标准时须将岔区道床清筛和更换道岔施工限行分开考虑,以实现精细化提速和运营维护。The 20 000 t train passing through the heavy haul railway turnout area where the turnout is replaced and the ballast bed is cleaned must run at an increased speed under the existing speed limit standard. Therefore,the speed increase scheme was formulated,which means that in the existing speed limit standard,the speed limit in the second stage is increased from 45 km/h to 55 km/h,and the speed limit in the third stage is increased from 60 km/h to 65 km/h.Two sections were selected in the turnout area for turnout replacement and ballast bed cleaning respectively. After the construction was completed and the opening conditions were met,5 000 t,10 000 t and 20 000 t trains passed through and the wheel-rail force and track static settlement were continuously tested in four stages according to the“4 h +24 h +4 h system”. The results show that when the train passes through the turnout replacement section under the condition of increasing speed,the wheel-rail force is greater than that of the ballast bed cleaning section,but they are all less than the limit value. After stabilization of the turnout replacement and the ballast bed cleaning construction,the static cumulative settlement of the track is 5.1 mm and 7.8 mm respectively,which indicates both operating conditions have the conditions for safe running. When optimizing relevant operation standards,the construction restriction of ballast bed cleaning and turnout replacement in turnout area must be considered separately,so as to realize fine speed increase and operation and maintenance.
