摘 要:为研究列车荷载下平行钢丝拉索疲劳寿命,利用斜拉索内平行钢丝的疲劳寿命模型,基于Miner线性疲劳累积损伤准则推导了平行钢丝拉索任意一根钢丝疲劳破坏所经历的循环次数,采用Monte-Carlo方法模拟斜拉桥疲劳寿命的概率分布。以一座现役大跨径斜拉桥为背景工程,分别建立了有91根钢丝的普通拉索疲劳寿命模型和有109根钢丝的加强拉索疲劳寿命模型,研究了钢丝根数对拉索疲劳寿命的影响,计算了铁路荷载作用下该斜拉桥拉索寿命。结果表明:在10%的断丝率下,普通斜拉索和加强斜拉索疲劳寿命均服从正态分布且均值基本相同,普通斜拉索方差要大于加强斜拉索。两种斜拉索在仅考虑列车荷载作用下的疲劳寿命均远大于其设计寿命。In order to study the fatigue life of parallel steel wire cables under train load,the fatigue life model of parallel steel wires in the stay cable was used. Based on the Miner linear fatigue cumulative damage criterion,the number of cycles experienced by the fatigue failure of any steel wire in the parallel steel cables was derived. The MonteCarlo method was used to simulate the probability distribution of fatigue life of cable-stayed bridge. In this paper,an inservice long-span cable-stayed bridge was taken as the engineering background. The fatigue life model of ordinary cable with 91 steel wires and the fatigue life model of reinforced cable with 109 steel wires were established respectively. The effect of the number of steel wires on the fatigue life of the cable is studied,and the cable life of the cable-stayed bridge under the action of the railway load was calculated. The result show that,at a wire breakage rate of 10%,the fatigue life of normal stay cables and reinforced stay cables obey a normal distribution and the mean values are basically the same,and the standard deviation of normal cable is greater than that of reinforced cable. The fatigue life of the two types of cables is much longer than their design life when only considering the load of the train.
