摘  要:通过对比婴幼儿配方奶粉中叶黄素在不同处理条件下的含量,研究了3种前处理条件下对叶黄素提取量的影响。通过改变前处理皂化时间、皂化环境和离心转速,比较叶黄素含量的变化。结果表明,皂化时间和环境变化对叶黄素含量影响最大,皂化时间过短和过长都影响叶黄素含量;低温4℃和高温40℃都不利于叶黄素的提取,离心转速对叶黄素的含量影响较小。样品称样质量2.00 g,定容体积5.00 mL时,方法检出限1.08μg/100 g,方法定量限3.24μg/100 g。在此范围内线性回归方程Y=0.7108X+0.018,此时R2=0.9990。By comparing the lutein content in infant formula milk powder under different treatment conditions,the effect of three pretreatment conditions on the extraction of Lutein was studied.The change of xanthophyll content was compared by changing saponification time,saponification environment and centrifugal speed.The results showed that the saponification time and environmental change had the greatest influence on the xanthophyll content,the short and long saponification time affected the xanthophyll content,and the low temperature 4°C and high temperature 40℃ were unfavorable to the xanthophyll extraction,the centrifugal speed had little effect on the content of Lutein.The limit of detection was 1.08μg/100 g and the limit of detection was 3.24μg/100 g when the sample weight was 2.0 g and the volume was 5 mL.Within this range,the linear regression equation Y=0.7108X+0.018,R2=0.9990.
