摘 要:在该研究型实验中,要求学生首先在室温下快速合成多种具有不同结构和水稳定性的金属有机框架;然后利用X射线衍射仪和红外光谱仪表征其微观结构和官能团组成,并结合软件模拟示意图,对其孔道结构建立初步认识;最后通过观察颜色变化和分光光度计法,定性和定量地分析比较不同金属有机框架的染料吸附能力,深入理解孔结构与吸附性能之间的关系。该实验有利于培养学生在面对材料化学复杂科学问题时,采取团队合作方式进行综合分析和研究的能力。In this research-oriented experiment, students are firstly required to fast synthesize a variety of metal-organic frameworks(MOFs) with different structures and water stability at room temperature. Then X-ray diffractometer and infrared spectrometer are applied to characterize the microstructure and functional group of MOFs.Combining with the schematic diagram from the software simulation, this experiment will offer a preliminary understanding of the MOF pore structure for the students. Finally, the dye adsorption properties of different MOFs are qualitatively and quantitatively analyzed and compared via observing the color change and spectrophotometric method respectively. An in-depth understanding of the relationship between the pore structure and separation performance will be achieved. This experiment is helpful to cultivate students’ ability to conduct comprehensive analysis and research in teamwork, when facing complex scientific problems of materials chemistry.
