摘  要:企业主体型职业教育是职教改革的方向,也是实现产教融合、校企合作的重要抓手。借鉴德国双元制在实践过程中围绕学生技能训练所形成的经验和制度设计,从多元主体参与、多方主体协作、多维经费保障和多向融通技能证书等维度构建起我国企业主体型职业教育的框架体系,逐步建设高素质技术技能型人才培养的“多项互联立交桥”模式,从而为区域产业经济发展提供源源不断的人力支持和技术积累。Enterprise-owned vocational education is the direction of vocational education reform, and an important starting point to realize the integration of industry and education and school enterprise cooperation. Learning from the experience and system design formed by the German dual system in the process of practice around students’ skill training, a framework system of enterprise-owned vocational education in China is built from the dimensions of multi-agent participation, multi-agent cooperation, multi-dimensional fund guarantee and multi-directional circulating skills certificate, and a “Multi interconnected overpass” mode for the training of high-quality technical and skilled talents is gradually built, so as to provide continuous personnel support and technology accumulation for the development of regional industrial economy.
