摘  要:文章设计了针对标准试件的微型重载单轴压缩试验机,开展了单轴压缩强度实验,获得了完整的应力-应变曲线。与现有岩体力学试验机相比:(1)在满足刚度和应力变形要求下,试验机采用一体式框架设计,具有微型化特点;(2)采用工业机械臂精准控制技术,伺服电机配合减速机和精密滚珠丝杠,实现了压力输出和进给的精准控制,具有重载和测试精度高特点;(3)省去了油压系统,精简了试验机结构,占地空间小,同样的实验空间可以放置多台设备。试验机的实验教学应用效果表明,该试验机操作性好,便携性强,满足学生动手操作需求,实验数据能够绘制出全应力-应变曲线,符合实验教学要求。今后将持续改进试验机结构,进一步扩大应用范围。In this paper,a miniature heavy-duty uniaxial compression testing machine for standard specimens is designed,uniaxial compression strength experiments are carried out,and a complete stress-strain curve is obtained.Compared with the existing rock mechanics testing machine,it has the following characteristics:(1) Under the condition of meeting the requirements of stiffness,stress and deformation,the testing machine adopts the integrated frame design,which has the characteristics of miniaturization;(2) The precise control technology of industrial manipulator,servo motor,reducer and precision ball screw are adopted to realize the precise control of pressure output and feed,which is characterized by heavy load and high test precision;(3) The oil pressure system is omitted,the structure of the testing machine is simplified,and the floor space is small.Multiple equipment can be placed in the same experimental space.The experimental teaching application effect of the testing machine shows that the testing machine has good operability and portability,meets the needs of students’ hands-on operation,and the experimental data can draw the full stress-strain curve,which meets the requirements of experimental teaching.In the future,the structure of the testing machine will be continuously improved to further expand the scope of application.
