pmTor、CTGF在甲状腺乳头状癌及癌前病变中的表达及其相关性分析

摘　　要：目的:检测pmTor和CTGF在甲状腺乳头状癌(PTC)、癌前病变、结节性甲状腺肿中的表达及两者相关性。方法:应用免疫组织化学(SP)方法对58例PTC标本、43例滤泡上皮非典型增生标本,38例结节性甲状腺肿分别采用pmTor、CTGF标记。结果:PTC组织中pmTor和CTGF的表达阳性率(56.0%、56.9%)高于滤泡上皮非典型增生(25.6%、39.5%)、结节性甲状腺肿伴乳头状增生(23.7%、21.1%)(P<0.05)。PTC组织与滤泡上皮非典型增生中pmTor阳性表达率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。PTC组织与滤泡上皮非典型增生中CTGF阳性表达率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。在PTC中pmTor与CTGF表达具有正相关性。结论:pmTor、CTGF参与PTC的发生及发展过程中起重要作用。pmTor可作为检测滤泡上皮非典型增生向PTC癌变发展的参考指标。Objective:To investigate the expression and correlation of pmTor and CTGF in thyroid papillary carcinoma(PTC),non-typical follicular epithelium hyperplasia and thyroid nodular goiter.Methods:The expressions of pmTor,CTGF were tested by the Streptavidin-biotin peroxidase(SP)immunohistochemistric method in 58 cases of PTC tissues,43 cases of non-typical follicular epithelium hyperplasia tissues and 38 cases of thyroid nodular goiter.Results:The positive rate of pmTor and CTGF in PTC tissue(56.0%,56.9%)was higher than non-typical follicular epithelium hyperplasia tissues(25.6%,39.5%),thyroid nodular goiter(23.7%,21.1%,P<0.05).The positive rate of pmTor has significant difference between PTC tissues and non-typical follicular epithelium hyperplasia tissues(P<0.05).The positive rate of CTGF has no significant difference between PTC tissues and non-typical follicular epithelium hyperplasia tissues(P>0.05),The pmTor expression was positively correlated with CTGF expression in PTC.Conclusion:pmTor,CTGF play imporant roles in the occurrence and development in PTC.pmTor can be used as an early predictive index of development of non-typical follicular epithelium hyperplasia to PTC cancer.
