摘  要:目的考察药用植物青阳参根茎中青阳参苷元的最佳提取工艺。方法利用加热回流法提取、HPLC法检测青阳参苷元,在单因素实验基础上,通过正交设计法研究乙醇体积分数、料液比、提取时间对青阳参苷元提取效果的影响。结果最佳提取工艺条件为乙醇体积分数70%、料液比1∶15(g/mL)、提取时间2 h,验证得到青阳参苷元提取率可达0.3090%。结论经过优化的青阳参苷元加热回流提取工艺有效、稳定、绿色,为进一步开展青阳参苷元药理活性、结构修饰等研究提供基础。Objective To investigate the optimum extraction technology of Qingyangshengenin from the medicinal plant Cynanchum otophyllum Schnei.Methods The reflux method is used to extract and HPLC method is used to detect Qingyangshengenin.On the basis of single factor experimental,orthogonal design method is selected to explore the conditions of ethanol volume fraction,solid-liquid ratio and extraction time on the extraction of Qingyangshengenin.Results The optimal extraction conditions were as follows:ethanol volume fraction 70%,solid-liquid ratio 1∶15(g/mL),extraction time 2 h,and the extraction rate was up to 0.3090%.Conclusion The optimized heating reflux extraction process was effective,stable and environment-friendly,which provided a foundation for further studies on pharmacological activity and structural modification of Qingyangshengenin.
