摘  要:理论推导了空心簧丝圆柱螺旋弹簧受压时的最大剪应力和刚度。基于给出的弹簧实例数据,分析了空心簧丝弹簧的刚、强度性能与重量之间的变化关系。研究结果表明:随着簧丝内径的增加,弹簧刚度逐渐降低;当弹簧刚度下降5%时,弹簧减重22.28%;该点被认为是刚度下降尽量小、重量下降尽量多的最佳设计点..随着簧丝内径的增加,弹簧强度逐渐降低;当弹簧强度下降5%时,弹簧减重21.86%;该点被认为是强度下降尽量小、重量下降尽量多的最佳设计点。The maximum shear stress and stiffness of cylindrical helical spring with hollow spring wire are theoretically derived when it is compressed. Based on the example data about spring given in it,the change relations between the properties of stiffness and strength and weight for cylindrical helical spring with hollow spring wire are analyzed. The research results show that with the increase of the inner diameter of the spring wire,the spring stiffness decreases gradually. When the spring stiffness decreases by 5%,the weight of the spring decreases by 22.28%.This point is considered to be the best design point that the stiffness drop is as small as possible and the weight drop is as much as possible. With the increase of inner diameter of spring wire,the strength of spring decreases gradually. When the strength of spring decreases by 5%,the weight of spring decreases by 21.86%. This point is considered to be the best design point that the strength drop is as small as possible and the weight drop is as much as possible.
