摘  要:目的了解江西省各类公共场所集中空调通风系统微生物污染状况。方法通过现场采样和细菌定量检测方法,对江西省各类公共场所集中空调通风系统细菌污染现状进行调查与分析。结果经对2019—2020年江西省11个区市不同类别公共场所共123套集中空调系统采样检测,平均卫生合格率为71.54%。中央空调风管内表面细菌总数和真菌总数合格率分别为94.58%和87.92%。冷却水或冷凝水中嗜肺军团菌检出率为21.69%。不同类别公共场所集中空调中,以宾馆酒店空调系统卫生合格率最低,为87.32%。结论江西省各类公共场所集中空调通风系统卫生质量合格率总体偏低,冷却水或冷凝水中嗜肺军团菌检出率较高,应定期对空调系统清洗消毒。Objective To investigate the microbial contamination of central air-conditioning ventilation system in various public places in Jiangxi province.Methods Field sampling and quantitative bacterial detection methods were used to investigate and analyze the current situation of bacterial contamination in central air-conditioning ventilation systems in various public places in Jiangxi province.Results A total of 123 sets of central air-conditioning systems in different types of public places in 11 districts and cities in Jiangxi province were sampled and tested from 2019 to 2020,and the average qualified rate of sanitation was 71.54%.The qualified rates of the total number of bacteria and fungi on the inner surface of the central air-conditioning duct were 94.58%and 87.92%,respectively;the detection rate of Legionella pneumophila in the cooling water or condensate water was 21.69%.Among centralized air conditioners in different types of public places,the lowest qualified rate of sanitation was 87.32%in hotel air conditioner systems.Conclusion The qualified rate of sanitary quality of central air-conditioning ventilation system in various public places in Jiangxi province is generally low,and the detection rate of Legionella pneumophila in cooling water or condensate water is relatively high.The air-conditioning system should be cleaned and disinfected regularly.
