高压氧、左旋多巴联合心理干预对急性脑梗死失语症患者的疗效

摘　　要：目的 探讨分析高压氧、左旋多巴联合心理干预治疗急性脑梗死(ACI)失语症患者的临床疗效。方法 选取本院2018年9月至2020年9月期间住院治疗的86例ACI失语症患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法将研究对象随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组43例患者予以左旋多巴治疗,观察组43例患者予以高压氧+左旋多巴+心理干预治疗,观察对比治疗前后的西部失语症检查(WAB)评分、日常生活交流能力量表(CADL)评分、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、Herth希望量表(HHI)评分。结果 观察组患者治疗后WAB评分、CADL评分、HHI评分均高于对照组,SAS评分、SDS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 高压氧、左旋多巴联合心理干预治疗可有效改善ACI失语症患者的失语症状,提高沟通、交流能力,提高希望水平,改善其焦虑、抑郁情绪,临床疗效确切。Objective To explore and analyze the clinical effect of hyperbaric oxygen,levodopa and psychological intervention on aphasia patients with acute cerebral infarction(ACI). Methods 86 patients with ACI aphasia hospitalized in our hospital from September 2018 to September 2020 were selected as the research objects. The research objects were randomly divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method.43 patients in the control group were treated with levodopa,and 43 patients in the observation group were treated with hyperbaric oxygen,levodopa and psychological intervention. The WAB score,daily life Communication Ability Scale(CADL)score,self rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)score,self rating Depression Scale(SDS)score,Herth Hope Scale(HHI)score before and after treatment was compared between two groups. Results After treatment,the WAB score,CADL score and HHI score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the SAS score and SDS score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Hyperbaric oxygen,levodopa and psychological intervention therapy can effectively improve the aphasia symptoms of patients with ACI aphasia,improve the ability of communication and communication,improve the level of hope,and improve their anxiety and depression.
