摘　　要：目的 探讨激素代替治疗对于更年期综合征(MS)妇女的激素水平和心理状态的影响。方法 选定2019年3月~2021年3月于本院就诊的98例MS患者,随机分为两组,参照组49例患者采纳常规治疗,试验组49例患者在参照组基础上采纳激素代替治疗,对比两组临床疗效、雌激素指标、不良反应总发生率、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(Hamilton anxiety scale,HAMA)评分、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(Hamilton depression scale,HAMD)评分。结果 试验组临床总有效率(95.92%)高于参照组(71.43%),试验组治疗后雌激素指标(LH、FSH)、HAMA评分、HAMD评分均低于参照组,试验组治疗后雌二醇(E2)高于参照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组不良反应总发生率(6.12%)与参照组(8.16%)比较无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论 激素代替可有效改善MS患者临床症状,调节雌激素水平,减轻心理负担,取得较好的效果,且不良反应发生率较低。Objective To analyze the effect of hormone replacement therapy on MS(menopausal syndrome women and the influence on the mental state of patients. Methods 98 outpatients with MS in our hospital from March 2019 to March 2021 were selected and divided into two groups.49 patients in the reference group were treated with routine care,while 49 patients in the experimental group were treated with hormone replacement therapy on the basis of the reference group. The clinical efficacy,estrogen index,total incidence of adverse reactions and Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)score and Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)score of two group were compared. Results The total clinical effective rate of the experimental group(95.92%)was higher than that(71.43%)of the reference group,the estrogen indexes(LH,FSH),HAMA score and HAMD score of the experimental group were lower than those of the reference group,and the estradiol(E2)of the experimental group was higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the test group(6.12%)and the reference group(8.16%)were not different(P>0.05). Conclusion Hormone replacement can effectively improve the clinical symptoms,regulate estrogen level,reduce psychological burden,and achieve ideal treatment effect,and the incidence of adverse reactions is low.
