右美托咪定联合地佐辛对早发型重度子痫前期患者剖宫产术后心理的影响

摘　　要：目的 探讨右美托咪定联合地佐辛对早发型重度子痫前期患者剖宫产术后负面情绪、心理状态影响。方法 择取该院于2017年2月~2020年2月间收治的早发型重度子痫前期剖宫产术患者共计90例,通过随机数字表法均分为观察组及对照组,每组45例。对照组接受常规静脉泵入右美托咪定治疗,观察组接受右美托咪定+地佐辛镇痛治疗。比较两组负面情绪、心理状态评分。结果观察组术后各个阶段VAS评分均低于对照组,两组比较存在差异性(P<0.05);两组手术前焦虑自评量表SAS以及SDS评分比较,组间无统计学意义(P>0.05)。手术后观察组SAS以及SDS分值低于对照组,两组对比存在统计学意义(P<0.05);两组并发症发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P<0.05);手术前两组DT、心理弹性得分比较,组间不具有统计学差异(P>0.05);手术后观察组DT评分低于对照组、心理弹性评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 实施右美托咪定联合地佐辛镇痛,可降低血压指标,缓解疼痛,稳定情绪。Objective To investigate the effects of dexmedetomidine combined with dizocine on negative emotion and mental state after cesarean section in early-onset severe preeclampsia. Methods A total of 90 patients with earlyonset severe preeclampsia received cesarean section in our hospital from February 2017 to February 2020 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 45 cases in one group. The control group received routine intravenous pumping,and the observation group received dexmedetomidine + dizocine to relieve pain. The scores of negative emotion and psychological state were compared. Results The VAS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group at all stages after operation,and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in SAS and SDS scores between the two groups before operation(P>0.05).After operation,the scores of SAS and SDS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in DT and psychological elasticity between the two groups before operation(P>0.05). After operation,the DT score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the psychological elasticity score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Dexmedetomidine combined with dizocine can reduce blood pressure,relieve pain and stabilize mood.
