宫颈癌术后患者的心理弹性及其与生活质量的相关性

摘　　要：目的 探究宫颈癌术后患者的心理弹性的影响因素,及其与患者生活质量的关系。方法 以我院2018年1月~2020年7月间的113例育龄期宫颈癌术后患者为对象,分别对其进行生活质量和心理弹性评估,搜集其基础资料,分析其心理弹性状况和影响因素,探讨其与生活质量的关系。结果 宫颈癌育龄期患者术后生活质量及心理弹性状态均处于较低水平,家庭月收入、文化程度、合并症、转移情况不同的患者的心里弹性有明显差异(P<0.05),多元线性回归发现,文化程度、家庭月收入及生活质量与心理弹性间关系为正相关,转移及合并症为心理弹性降低的危险因素。结论 宫颈癌育龄期患者家庭月收入、文化程度及疾病是否有合并症、转移情况均可对其心理弹性产生影响,故临床可据其进行针对性干预,提高心理弹性,改善其生活质量。Objective To explore the relationship between the quality of life and mental resilience of postoperative patients with cervical cancer,as well as the related influencing factors of their psychological resilience.Methods Using 113 postoperative cervical cancer patients of childbearing age in our hospital from January 2018 to July 2020 as object,the quality of life and mental resilience scores were evaluated respectively,collect its basic information and analyzed. Results The postoperative quality of life and mental resilience of the patients were at a low level.There were statistically differences in mental resilience among patients with different level in family monthly income,cultural length,comorbidities,and metastasis(P<0.05). The results of multiple linear regression show that the correlated among education level,family monthly income,quality of life and psychological flexibility is positively,and transfer and comorbidities are risk factors for decreased psychological flexibility. Conclusion The monthly family income,educational level,whether the disease has comorbidities,and metastasis of cervical cancer patients in childbearing age can affect their psychological resilience. Therefore,clinically targeted interventions can be carried out to increase psychological resilience and improve their quality of life.
