摘 要:目的 探讨理性情绪治疗联合微课教育对髓系白血病患者负面情绪的影响。方法 选择本院2018年11月~2020年11月收治的80例髓系白血病患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组各40例。对照组给予常规护理,研究组在对照组的基础上给予理性情绪治疗联合微课教育。比较两组患者干预前后的汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分、简明健康状况调查表(SF-36)评分及不良反应。结果 干预后,对照组患者的HAMD、HAMA评分显著高于研究组,SF-36评分显著低于研究组。对照组患者的消化道反应、口腔溃疡、肝功能损伤率显著高于研究组(P<0.05)。结论 理性情绪治疗联合微课教育可显著改善髓系白血病患者的负面情绪及生活质量,降低其不良反应,值得临床推广应用。Objective To study the effects of rational emotion therapy combined with microlesson education on negative emotions in patients with myeloid leukemia. Methods A total of 80 patients with myeloid leukemia admitted to our hospital from November 2018 to November 2020 were selected as the research subjects and divided into control group and study group according to random number table method. The control group(40 cases)was given routine nursing,and the study group(40 cases)was given rational and emotional therapy combined with micro-class education on the basis of the control group. The Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)score,Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)score,the 36-item shot-form health status survey(SF-36)score before and after intervention and adverse reactions between the two groups were compared. Results After intervention,the scores of HAMD and HAMA in the control group were significantly higher than those in the study group,and the scores of SF-36 in the control group were significantly lower than those in the study group(P<0.05). The rates of digestive tract reaction,oral ulcer and liver function injury in control group were significantly higher than those in study group(P<0.05). Conclusion Rational emotion therapy combined with micro-lesson education can significantly improve the negative emotions and quality of life of patients with myeloid leukemia,reduce their adverse reactions,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
