摘 要:非线性开关元件的应用使得电力信号中出现带外干扰(out-of-band interference,OBI)信号。由于OBI的频率靠近基波频率,信号间频谱干扰严重,导致基波测量精度严重降低。针对此问题,考虑OBI信号的特征,充分利用Kaiser窗的优良旁瓣特性,同时兼顾算法的综合性能(包括测量精度、响应时间和计算量),文章提出基于最优Kaiser窗的动态同步相量测量算法。首先,利用泰勒级数建立基波动态信号模型;其次,在不同参数Kaiser窗条件下利用最小二乘求解模型参数;再建立综合评价公式对不同参数下的测量结果进行评估,然后选出在OBI存在情况下最优的Kaiser窗参数并代入动态模型中;最后,在不同工况下验证算法的性能。仿真结果表明,与对比算法相比,所提算法在增加有限计算量的前提下,在静态和动态工况中均能有效减小OBI的影响,保持总相量误差(total vector error,TVE)低于1%,获得更高的测量精度,能够为OBI干扰下系统的安全稳定运行提供可靠的数据基础。The application of some nonlinear, switched power electronics may inject out-of-band interference(OBI)signals to the power system, which will dramatically decrease the accuracy of synchrophasor measurements, for there is a large cross interaction called the spectral interference between the OBI spectrum tone and the fundamental spectrum tone. To alleviate the influence of OBI, a dynamic synchrophasor estimation algorithm considering OBI based on the Kaiser window is proposed in this paper, with the trade-off between measurement accuracy, response time and computational burden. Firstly, a dynamic phasor model is proposed based on the Taylor series. The model is solved by the least square method with different parameters of the Kaiser window. Then,a comprehensive evaluation formula is established to assess the measurements under different parameters of the Kaiser window, and the parameters suitable for OBI are selected.Finally, simulation signals are used to investigate the algorithm performance. The results show that the proposed algorithm can alleviate the influence of OBI and holds higher accuracy by keeping the TVE below 1% than the comparison algorithms,with a reasonable increment in computation. Therefore, this method can provide a reliable data basis for the safe and stable operation of the power system under OBI.
