摘 要:目的了解某高职院校护生健康素养现状,分析其影响因素,为学校制定相关健康教育策略、提升学生健康素养提供依据。方法2021年6-8月采用分层整群抽样的方法,抽取山东省某高职院校三年制在校专科护理专业学生405人为研究对象,采用《中国居民健康素养监测调查问卷》进行调查,对护生人口学特征、健康素养状况进行统计分析。结果调查对象的健康素养总得分为(65.63±20.93)分,健康素养具备率为33.09%(134/405),不同性别、年级、家庭结构、自我感觉课业负担、母亲文化程度护生的健康素养水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。健康素养知识和理念、健康生活方式与行为和基本技能3方面健康素养具备率分别为45.43%(184/405)、18.27%(74/405)和31.11%(126/405);科学健康观、传染病防治素养、慢性病防治素养、安全与急救素养、基本医疗素养和健康信息6类问题健康素养具备率分别是52.10%(211/405)、18.02%(73/405)、41.48%(168/405)、50.62%(205/405)、7.90%(32/405)和38.27%(155/405)。结论高职护生健康素养具备率不高,学校应重视健康素养的教育,制定健康教育方案,有针对性提高高职院校护生整体健康素养水平。Objective To understand the current situation of nursing students’health literacy in a higher vocational college and analyze the influencing factors,so as to provide basis for the college to formulate relevant health education strategies and improve students’health literacy.Methods From June to August 2021,by using the stratified cluster sampling method,a total of 405 nursing students,including 193 first-year students and 212 second-year students from a three-year college in Shandong province were collected in the study.The survey was conducted using Questionnaire on Health Literacy Monitoring of Chinese Residents to describe and analyze the demographic characteristics and health literacy of nursing students and to explore the relevant factors that affect their health literacy.Results The total health literacy score of the survey subjects was(65.63±20.93),and the health literacy possession rate was 33.09%(134/405).Different genders,grades,family structures,self-perceived schoolwork burdens,and mother’s education levels affect the health literacy level of nursing students,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The possession rate of health literacy knowledge and concepts,healthy lifestyles and behaviors,and basic skills were 45.43%(184/405),18.27%(74/405)and 31.11%(126/405)respectively;the possession rate of 6 types of health literacy including scientific outlook on health,infectious disease control literacy,chronic disease control literacy,safety and first aid literacy,basic skills medical literacy and health information were 52.10%(211/405),18.02%(73/405),41.48%(168/405),50.62%(205/405),7.90%(32/405)and 38.27%(155/405)respectively.Conclusion The health literacy of nursing students in a higher vocational college is not high.The college should pay attention to health literacy education,formulate health education programs,and improve the overall health literacy level of nursing students in higher vocational colleges.
