摘 要:目的对食源性疾病监测实验中发现的一株与痢疾Ⅰ型诊断血清发生的交叉凝集反应的蜂房哈夫尼亚菌进行生化与血清学鉴定,为今后的相关细菌鉴定工作提供参考。方法按照《2019食源性疾病监测工作手册》要求进行。结果该蜂房哈夫尼亚菌株的培养特性、初步生化反应特性与志贺菌极为相似,且与志贺菌属的痢疾Ⅰ型诊断血清存在交叉凝集的现象,其最后判定主要依赖系统的生化反应结果及MALDI-TOF MS的鉴定结果。结论该菌株为蜂房哈夫尼亚菌株,若不进行系统生化鉴定及MALDI-TOF MS实验,极易误检为志贺菌。Objective To identify a strain of Hafnia Alvei cross-agglutinating with Shigella dysenteriae typeⅠserum by biochemical assay,so as to provide basis for related bacteria identification in the future.Methods Detection and biochemical identification were carried out according to the method described by The Foodborne Disease Surveillance Workbook 2019.Results The culture characteristics and initial biochemical reaction characteristics of Hafnia Alvei were very similar to those of Shigella,and there was cross agglutinative phenomenon with the diagnostic serum of Shigella typeⅠdysentery.The final determination of Hafnia Alvei was mainly based on the biochemical reaction results of the system and the identification results of MALDI-TOF MS.Conclusion The strain is Hafnia Alvei.It would be considered as Shigella without comprehensive biochemical identification and MALDI-TOF MS.
