摘　　要：目的了解邹城市脑卒中的发病规律及特征,为国家慢性病综合防控示范区建设、制定和评价脑卒中干预策略与防控措施提供科学依据。方法利用描述性流行病学研究方法,分析2017-2019年邹城市脑卒中发病资料。结果2017-2019年邹城市脑卒中报告发病率呈逐年上升趋势,年均增长率为22.01%,男性报告发病率(4.90‰)高于女性(3.44‰),40岁及以下年龄组报告发病率较低(均低于2.00‰),从45~49岁年龄组开始,报告发病率(3.35‰)增加幅度越来越大,≥85岁年龄组报告发病率最高(44.69‰)。报告发病率按病因由高至低依次为脑栓塞、脑血栓形成、脑出血、腔隙性脑梗死、未分类脑卒中、分水岭脑梗死、蛛网膜下腔出血。结论邹城市的国家级慢性病综合防控示范区建设成效显著,综合防控策略需持续推进。Objective To understand the incidence law and characteristics of stroke in Zoucheng city,and provide scientific basis for the establishment and evaluation of stroke intervention strategies and prevention and control measures in the national demonstration area for comprehensive chronic disease prevention and control.Methods Descriptive epidemiological study was used to analyze the incidence data of stroke in Zoucheng city during 2017-2019.Results From 2017 to 2019,the reported incidence of stroke in Zoucheng city showed an increasing trend year by year,with an average annual growth rate of 22.01%.The reported incidence of men(4.90‰)was higher than that of women(3.44‰),and the reported incidence of 40 years old and younger group was lower(both lower than 2.00‰).The reported incidence(3.35‰)increased more and more sharply from the 45-49 age group,with the highest reported incidence(44.69‰)occurring in the 85 age group.In 45-49 years old group,the reported incidence(3.35‰)increased.The reported incidence rates ranged from high to low by etiology was cerebral embolism,cerebral thrombosis,cerebral hemorrhage,lacunar cerebral infarction,unclassified stroke,watershed cerebral infarction and subarachnoid hemorrhage.Conclusion The national demonstration zone for comprehensive prevention and control of chronic diseases in Zoucheng city has achieved remarkable results,and the comprehensive prevention and control strategy needs to be continuously promoted.
