摘　　要：汤大仙在创办微型企业面包房二次融资的过程中困难与机遇并存,通过日趋完善的金融体制及政府的干涉,小额贷款公司管理能力的加强,小微企业互助合作组织的建立,银行业金融服务水平的提升,以及小微企业自身软实力和硬实力的加强,可以使融资的道路更加顺畅。本文在案例分析的基础上,对于初次创办小微企业的企业主提出一些意见,使小微企业主通过多渠道的培训学习,了解政府的政策动向和自己能享受到的优惠,使企业在融资市场中更具竞争力。Tang Daxian encountered difficulties and opportunities in secondary financing in the process of establishing a microenterprise bakery.Through the increasingly perfect financial system,with the enhance of the intervention of the government and the management ability of microfinance companies,with the establishment of mutual aid and cooperation organizations of small and medium enterprises,with the improvement of the financial service level of the banking industry,and with the strengthening of the soft power and hard power of small and micro enterprises,the road of financing is smoother.Based on the analysis of the case,this paper puts forward some opinions for the business owners who first founded small and medium enterprises.Through multi-channel training and learning,they can understand the government’s policy trends and the concessions they can take advantage,so as to make themselves more competitive in the financing market.
