国产新型排龈膏与进口排龈膏临床应用效果比较

摘　　要：目的比较进口排龈膏(Racegel)和国产新型排龈膏(天津中鼎生物)在前牙区固定义齿修复中的排龈效果,并探讨电子显微镜扫描测量技术在评估口腔固定义齿修复前排龈效果中的应用。方法选择2019年12月—2020年6月在沈阳市第四人民医院行上颌前牙单冠修复的患者50例,随机分为对照组和观察组各25例。牙体预备后,对照组使用进口排龈膏进行排龈,观察组使用国产新型排龈膏进行排龈,记录取模时出血情况,并在扫描电子显微镜下观测模型的排龈高度。结果两组患者修复后满意率和止血效果比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。在电子显微镜下对龈沟深度进行观察,对照组平均深度为0.74 mm,观察组平均深度为0.80 mm,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论两种排龈膏在排龈效果、止血效果,以及临床操作实用性上,效果相似。利用电子显微镜技术可以清晰直观地观察到测量模型的形态以及数值,为评价排龈后印模制取的优劣提供了良好的测量指标。Objective To analyze the effect of imported gingival retraction agent(racegel,septodent,France)and a new type of gingival retraction agent(Tianjin Zhongding Biomedical Technology Co.,Ltd.China)in the restoration of anterior fixed partial denture.In addition,to explore the application of electron microscope scanning and measuring technique in the evaluation of the effect of oral fixed partial denture for anterior gingival repair.Methods 50 patients admitted to the Fourth People Hospital of Shenyang with anterior teeth single all-ceramic crown restoration from December 2019 to June 2020 were divided into racegel group(25 Cases)and Zhongding group(25 Cases)by the different gingival retraction agent types.The anterior teeth with the tooth preparation were carried out the gingival retraction and modeled by the silicone rubber impression material,moreover,the bleeding was recorded when modeled.The gingival retraction height of the model was observed under a scanning electron microscope.Results The satisfaction rates after restoration of the two groups was 98%(P>0.05),and there was also no significant difference in hemostatic effects.Moreover,there was no significant difference in the mean depth of gingival sulcus between racegel group(0.74 mm)and Zhongding group(0.80 mm)(P>0.05).Conclusion The effects of Zhongding gingival retraction agent and racegel gingival retraction agent are similar in gingival retraction effect,hemostatic effect and clinical operation practicability.The shape and value of the measuring model can be observed clearly and intuitively by applying the electron microscope technology,which provides a great measurement index for evaluating the merits and demerits of the impression producing after gingival retraction.
