弥漫性大B细胞淋巴瘤RDW与STAT3表达及在预后评估中的临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨弥漫性大B细胞淋巴瘤(DLBCL)患者红细胞分布宽度(RDW)与信号传导与转录激活因子(STAT3)表达情况及在预后判断中的意义。方法选取2017年3月至2019年10月收入医院的DLBCL患者84例。分析RDW、STAT3与DLBCL临床病理参数的关系,以探讨其在预后诊断价值。结果根据ROC曲线结果,将患者分为高RDW组(>15%/36例)、低RDW组(≤15%/48例)、高STAT3组(>24%/51例)及低STAT3组(≤24%/33例)。DLBCL患者RDW与STAT3的高表达与Hans分类及LDH水平有关(P<0.05)。高RDW组及高STAT3组生存时间均低于低RDW组及低STAT3组(P<0.05)。结论 RDW与STAT3表达均可作为评估弥漫性大B细胞淋巴瘤患者的预后指标。Objective To investigate the red blood cell distribution width(RDW)and the expression of signal transduction and activator of transcription(STAT3)in patients with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma(DLBCL)and their significance in predictions and judgment.Methods A total of 84 patients with DLBCL admitted to the hospital from March 2017 to October 2019 were selected.The relationship between RDW,STAT3 and DLBCL clinicopathological parameters was analyzed to explore their prognostic value.Results According to the ROC curve results, patients were divided into high RDW group(>15%/36 cases),low RDW group(≤15%/48 cases),high STAT3 group(>24%/51 cases)and Low STAT3 group(≤24%/33 cases).The RDW and high STAT3 expression in DLBCL patients were related to Hans classification and LDH level(P<0.05).The survival time of high RDW group and high STAT3 group was lower than that of low RDW group and low STAT3 group(P<0.05).Conclusion Both RDW and STAT3 expression can be used as prognostic indicators for evaluating patients with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma.
