摘 要:目的探讨锌指蛋白44(ZFP44)和雄激素受体(AR)对乳腺癌的诊断价值。方法选择92例乳腺癌患者和60例乳腺良性病变患者,分别作为观察组和对照组。比较两组患者乳腺组织中ZFP44和AR的表达情况,比较不同临床特征乳腺癌患者ZFP44和AR的表达情况。以病理诊断结果为金标准,分析ZFP44和AR对乳腺癌的诊断价值。结果观察组患者的ZFP44阴性表达率和AR阳性表达率均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.01)。TNM分期为Ⅲ~Ⅳ期、有脉管侵犯、有淋巴结转移乳腺癌患者的ZFP44阴性表达率分别高于TNM分期为Ⅰ~Ⅱ期、无脉管侵犯、无淋巴结转移的患者,TNM分期为Ⅲ~Ⅳ期、有淋巴结转移乳腺癌患者的AR阳性表达率分别高于TNM分期为Ⅰ~Ⅱ期、无淋巴结转移的患者,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。ZFP44诊断乳腺癌的灵敏度、特异度、准确度分别为88.04%、75.00%、82.89%,AR诊断乳腺癌的灵敏度、特异度、准确度分别为78.26%、81.67%、79.61%。结论与乳腺良性病变患者相比,乳腺癌患者的ZFP44阴性表达率和AR阳性表达率均较高,且ZFP44和AR对乳腺癌的诊断价值均较高,可作为临床诊断乳腺癌的重要参考指标。Objective To explore the diagnostic value of zinc finger protein 44(ZFP44)and androgen receptor(AR)in breast cancer.Method A total of 92 breast cancer patients and 60 patients with benign breast lesions were selected and divided into observation group and control group,respectively.The expression of ZFP44 and AR in breast tissues of the two groups were compared.The expression of ZFP44 and AR in breast cancer patients with different clinical charac-teristics were also compared.The diagnostic value of ZFP44 and AR in breast cancer was analyzed by using pathological results as the gold standard.Result The negative expression rate of ZFP44 and the positive expression rate of AR in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.01).The negative expression rate of ZFP44 in breast cancer patients with TNM stage III-IV,vascular invasion,and lymph node metastasis were higher than those with TNM stage I-II,no vascular invasion,and no lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).The positive expression rate of AR in breast can-cer patients with TNM stage III-IV and lymph node metastasis were higher than those with TNM stage I-II and no lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).The sensitivity,specificity,and accuracy of ZFP44 in diagnosis of breast cancer were 88.04%,75.00%,and 82.89%,respectively;the sensitivity,specificity,and accuracy of AR in diagnosis of breast cancer were 78.26%,81.67%,and 79.61%,respectively.Conclusion Compared with patients with benign breast lesions,the negative expression rate of ZFP44 and the positive expression rate of AR in breast cancer patients are higher,and both ZFP44 and AR have high diagnostic value for breast cancer,which can be used as important reference for clinical diagnosis of breast cancer.
