摘  要:为构建反“trade off”效应纳滤膜,分别考察了金属有机框架材料UiO-66-NH_(2)和UiO-66-(COOH)_(2)对聚酰胺纳滤膜的改性效果。结果表明,两者的引入均能增强膜的亲水性,提高水通量和抗蛋白质吸附性能。与预期脱盐效果不同,和不加MOFs的聚酰胺纳滤膜相比,当UiO-66-(COOH)_(2)用量为0.01~0.03 g时,膜对MgCl_(2)的脱除率基本保持不变,但是对Na_(2)SO_(4)的脱除率明显下降。换用UiO-66-NH_(2)后,其用量处于0.01~0.04 g时,则能使膜对MgCl_(2)和MgSO_(4)的脱除率基本不变,同时增大通量。并且,含有UiO-66-NH_(2)膜的通量明显高于含有UiO-66-(COOH)_(2)的纳滤膜。当UiO-66-NH_(2)用量为0.03 g时(NF-NH_(2)-3),MgCl_(2)和Na_(2)SO_(4)的脱除率分别达到83%和95%,通量约为40.7 L/(m^(2)·h),是不加MOFs膜的2.6倍。将NF-NH_(2)-3用于去除水中双酚A,脱除率约为93%。预示该膜在硬水软化,含内分泌干扰化合物的废水处理等领域具有良好应用前景。In order to construct nanofiltration membrane with anti-“trade off”effect,polyamide nanofiltration membranes are modified by metal-organic framework UiO-66-NH_(2) and UiO-66-(COOH)_(2),respectively.The results indicate that the introduction of UiO-66-X can enhance the hydrophilicity and anti-protein adsorption performance of the membrane.Different from the expectation,compared with polyamide nanofiltration membrane without MOFs,the MgCl_(2) removal rate of the membrane with UiO-66-(COOH)_(2) can nearly remain stable when the content of UiO-66-(COOH)_(2) changes from 0.01 g to 0.03 g,but that of Na_(2)SO_(4) decreases obviously.However,salts rejection rate of the polyamide nanofiltration membrane for MgCl_(2) and MgSO_(4) can both keep nearly stable by introduction of UiO-66-NH_(2) when the loading ranged from 0.01g to 0.04 g.Meanwhile,the flux improves with increasing the dosage of UiO-66-NH_(2).Moreover,the flux of the membrane with UiO-66-NH_(2) is higher than that of the membrane containing UiO-66-(COOH)_(2).When the dosage of UiO-66-NH_(2) is 0.03 g(NF-NH_(2)-3),the removal rates of MgCl_(2) and MgSO_(4) are 83%and 95%respectively,and the flux is about 40.7 L/(m^(2)·h),which is 2.6 times of the membrane without MOFs.When NF-NH_(2)-3 is used to remove bisphenol A from water,the removal rate is about 93%.It shows potential applications in water softening and treatment of wastewater containing endocrine disrupting chemicals.
