摘 要:以95份桃育成品种为试材,利用筛选出的18对SSR分子标记引物,对桃育成品种进行微卫星标记,之后根据桃的生物学性状,利用Popgene软件进行数据分析。结果表明,桃品种8个连锁群观测到的等位基因数在4~9之间,有效等位基因数2.2~5.5。基于桃果形性状将桃品种分为扁球形和球形两个类群。扁球形类群的Nei’s基因多样度高于球形类群,扁球形类群遗传多样性更为丰富。基于桃有无毛性状将桃品种分为有毛和无毛两个类群。有毛类群的Nei’s基因多样度和Shannons遗传表型指数均高于无毛类群,有毛类群的遗传多样性和基因杂合度高于无毛类群。Using 95 cultivated peach varieties as test materials,18 pairs of SSR molecular marker primers screened out were used to carry out microsatellite markers on cultivated peach varieties.After that,popgene software was used to conduct data analysis according to the biological traits of peach.The results showed that the number of alleles observed in the eight linkage groups of peach varieties ranged from 4 to 9,and the effective number of alleles ranged from 2.2 to 5.5.Peach cultivars were divided into two groups with oblate spherical group and spherical group based on peach shape character.The genetic diversity of Nei’s gene in oblate globular group was higher than that in spherical group,and the genetic diversity of oblate globular group was more abundant.Peach cultivars were divided into two groups,hairy and hairless,based on their hairless characters.The Nei’s gene diversity and Shannons genetic phenotypic index of hairless group were higher than those of hairless group,and the genetic diversity and gene heterozygosity of hairless group were higher than those of hairless group.
