摘　　要：白细胞介素(interleukin,IL)-38是IL-1家族中新发现的一种抗炎细胞因子,在多种组织中表达并由多种细胞分泌。通过与多种受体如IL-36R、IL-1RAPL1和IL-1R1结合,IL-38在中枢神经系统(central nervous system,CNS)的生理和病理发生发展中起到重要作用。在视神经脊髓炎中IL-38通过抑制Th17表达减轻病理损伤;在脑卒中中,它通过抑制SIRT1/HIF-1α信号通路下调血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的表达,改善脑卒中。然而,关于IL-38在神经系统疾病中的作用及潜在性机制研究尚待深入。本综述将系统地概述IL-38在生理和病理条件下的生物学特征、病理作用和潜在机制,旨在探寻CNS疾病治疗的潜在分子靶点和新治疗策略。Interleukin(IL)-38,a newly discovered anti-inflammatory cytokine in the IL-1 family,is expressed in a variety of tissues and secreted by a variety of cells.By binding to multiple receptors such as IL-36R,IL-1RAPL1 and IL-1R1,IL-38 plays an essential role in the physiology and pathogenesis of the central nervous system(CNS).IL-38 mitigates pathological damage by inhibiting the expression of Th17 in neuromyelitisoptica.IL-38 improves the symptoms of stroke by inhibiting SIRT1/HIF-1αsignaling pathway.However,the role of IL-38in neurological diseases and its potential mechanism need to be further studied.This review systematically and comprehensively summarizes the biological characteristics,pathological effects and potential mechanisms of IL-38 under physiological and pathological conditions,aiming to explore potential molecular targets and new therapeutic strategies for CNS diseases.
