摘  要:目的:探讨静默结合五行音乐疗法对护生技能考核焦虑及睡眠质量的影响。方法:随机选取2018级护理1班及护理2班为对照组和试验组,对照组46人,试验组53人。对照组接受常规技能教学,试验组在此基础上,在技能考核前1个月接受4周12次的静默结合五行音乐疗法干预。并比较两组护生技能考核前考试焦虑量表评分、状态焦虑量表(STAI)特质评分(包括状态焦虑评分和特质焦虑评分)、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数评分及技能考核成绩。结果:干预后,试验组护生的考试焦虑评分、状态焦虑评分、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数评分明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组护生的特质焦虑评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);试验组护生的技能考核成绩优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:静默结合五行音乐疗法能有效缓解护生技能考核的焦虑情绪,改善睡眠质量,减轻机体应激反应,提高考核成绩。Objective:To explore the effect of silence combined with five elements of music therapy on anxiety and sleep quality of nursing students'skill assessment.Methods:Nursing Class 1 and Nursing Class 2 of Grade 2018 were randomly selected as the control group and the experimental group.There were 46 people in the control group and 53 people in the experimental group.The control group received routine skill teaching,and the experimental group received 12 times of silence combined with five elements music therapy intervention in 4 weeks on the basis of the control group one month before the skill assessment.The scores of Test Anxiety Scale,State Anxiety Inventory(STAI)trait score(including State Anxiety Score and Trait Anxiety Score),Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)and skill assessment scores were compared between the two groups of nursing students.Results:After the intervention,the test anxiety score,state anxiety score and PSQI score of nursing students in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in trait anxiety scores between the two groups of nursing students(P>0.05).The skills assessment scores of nursing students in the experimental group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Silence combined with five elements music therapy can effectively relieve the anxiety of nursing students'skills assessment,improve sleep quality,reduce the body's stress response,and improve assessment results.
