PPTA硫酸溶液流变性能及纺丝工艺的研究

摘  要:采用旋转黏度计测定聚对苯二甲酰对苯二胺(PPTA)溶液的表观黏度,研究了PPTA相对分子质量、溶液浓度以及温度对PPTA溶液流变性能的影响,并对PPTA硫酸溶液进行纺丝,研究纺丝工艺对PPTA纤维性能的影响。结果表明:不同分子量的PPTA硫酸溶液表现出相同的流变行为,PPTA硫酸溶液随着溶液浓度的增大会出现一个临界浓度,以该浓度为界溶液由棕色透明的各向同性开始逐渐转变为具有白色乳光现象的各向异性;当溶液转变为各向异性相时,升温不能明显降低体系黏度,因此纺丝时温度设定不需太高;较理想的纺丝工艺参数:溶液浓度18.5%~19.5%,喷丝头拉伸比6~7,纺丝速度360~400 m/min,此时200D纤维强度可达21.0 cN/dtex左右。The rheological behavior of poly-p-phenylene terephthalamide(PPTA)solution was measured by a rotational viscometer.The effects of relative molecular mass,solution concentration and temperature on the rheological behavior of the PPTA solution were discussed.The PPTA sulfuric acid solution was spun,and the spinning process was explored to prepare high-performance PPTA fibers.The results showed that PPTA sulfuric acid solution of different molecular weights exhibited the same rheological behavior,the critical concentration appeared with the process of increasing the concentration of PPTA sulfuric acid solution,the solution gradually changed from brown and transparent isotropy to anisotropy with white opalescence.When the solution transformed into an anisotropic phase,the temperature setting during spinning did not need to be too high because heating up cannot significantly reduce the viscosity of the solution.The favorable parameters in spinning process are as follows:solution concentration 18.5%~19.5%,spinneret draw ratio 6~7,spinning speed 360~400 m/min.At this time the strength of 200D fibers prepared can reach 21.0 cN/dtex.
