摘　　要：尤文肉瘤是以平衡染色体易位和新融合基因形成为特征的一种发育性肿瘤,尽管近几年尤文肉瘤分子生物学研究取得一定进展,但是由于缺乏合适的动物模型以及样品获得所需资源,导致进展有限。本文拟通过对近几年文献报道的回顾,尤其针对尤文肉瘤分子病理学和靶向治疗这两个方面进行重点总结和归纳,以期对该疾病的诊疗实践提供一定的理论支持。Ewing's sarcoma is a developmental tumor characterized by balanced chromosomal translocation and formation of new fusion genes.Although some progress has been made in the molecular biology of Ewing's sarcoma in recent years,the progress is limited due to the lack of appropriate animal models and the resources needed to obtain samples.In order to provide theoretical support and help for the diagnosis and treatment of ewing sarcoma in clinical practice,this paper review literature in recent years,especially in molecular pathology and targeted therapy.
