摘　　要：文章在分析数字素养概念及框架的基础上,详细地剖析图书馆员数字素养内容,借鉴《欧盟教育者数字素养框架》制定我国图书馆员数字素养培育方案,以帮助图书馆员更好地理解数字素养,为评估和发展图书馆员的数字素养胜任力提供支持。最后,提出该方案的实现路径,以期为我国图书馆员数字素养发展提供参照。On the basis of analyzing the concept and framework of digital literacy,the article analyzes the content of librarians’ digital literacy in detail,and draws on DigCompEdu to formulate a digital literacy training plan for librarians in China to help librarians better understand digital literacy,which supports the assessment and development of librarians’ digital literacy competencies.Finally,the realization path of the scheme is proposed,in order to provide a reference for the development of digital literacy of librarians in my China.
