摘　　要：基于北斗高精度的大型机场车辆人员调度系统,通过加装收集机场地面服务人员、车辆司机、车辆等状态数据和实时数据,将这些基础信息进行整合,建立定位、监控、对讲、数据交换和数据分析等智能化为一体的车辆人员调度云平台,结合惯性导航系统等技术手段,完成了机坪车辆亚米级位置监控和基于位置的超速、未按指定路线行驶等功能,系统有效解决了跑道入侵问题,提升了机场整体运营效率和服务能力。The large airport vehicle and personnel dispatching system based on Beidou high precision service can collect and then integrate basic information such as airport ground service personnel,vehicle drivers,vehicles and other state data and real-time data to establish a vehicle personnel scheduling cloud platform,which incorporates intelligent capabilities like positioning,monitoring,talk-back,data exchange and data analysis.Combined with the inertial navigation system and other technical means,the system achieves the functions such as the sub-meter position monitoring of airport apron vehicles and the location-based speeding that is not on the designated route.Therefore,the systemcan effectively solve the problemof runway intrusion and improve the overall operation efficiency and service of the airport.
