摘　　要：本文在梳理我国高等医学教育财政政策的基础上,对我国高等医学教育财政研究现状进行了历史回顾和分析,将高等医学教育财政研究分为开始期、发展期和缓慢发展期3个主要时期,研究主题包括经费充足性、经费公平性、效益与效率、成本核算、经费管理等。为提升医学人才培养质量和促进医学教育创新发展,需要重视高等医学教育财政研究和加大对高等医学教育财政研究的支持。Based on the review of higher medical education financial policies in China,this paper reviews and analyzes the current situation of higher medical education financial research in China.The higher medical education financial research can be mainly divided into three main periods:starting period,development period and slow development period.Research topics include adequacy,equity,benefit and efficiency,cost accounting,management,etc.In order to improve the quality of medical personnel training and promote the innovation and development of medical education,it is necessary to pay attention to the financial research of higher medical education and increase the support for the financial research of higher medical education.
