摘 要:教育科研评价价值取向是对教育科研评价活动的价值进行认识与选择,是其价值追求的一贯倾向和价值选择的总趋势。通过对当前教育科研评价价值取向的实然考察发现,主流的“行政本位”“工具本位”“结果本位”三种价值取向,存在单向度需要遮蔽了多向度需要、技术理性侵蚀了人文理性、功利性结果淡化了发展性结果等弊病。基于教育科研评价价值取向的合理性分析,教育科研评价应该走向生态本位的价值取向,这一取向体现为关注人的教育科研者中心观、关注成长的环境促进观、关注公平的民主协商过程观及关注教育功能的多元价值成果观。The value orientation of educational scientific research evaluation is the recognition and selection of the value of educational scientific research evaluation activities.It is the consistent tendency of its value pursuit and the general trend of value selection.Through the actual investigation of the current value orientation of education and scientific research evaluation,it is found that the current mainstream value orien tations of"administrative-based","tool-based",and"result-based"are unidirectional,which obscures multi-dimensional needs and technical rationality.It has eroded humanistic rationality and utilitarian results have played down developmental results and other shortcomings.Based on the rational analysis of the value orientation of educational scientific research evaluation,the evaluation of educational scientific research should move towards an ecologically-based value orientation.This orientation is embodied in a human-centered view of educational researchers,a growing environment promotion view,and a fair democratic consultation process view.And pay attention to the multi-value result view of the educational function.
