摘 要:原本为管网天然气设计制造的燃具在不同掺氢比的天然气下运行时的性能优劣,是天然气掺氢技术能否在家用燃具领域持续发展的关键。本文以常见于热水器的一种大气式燃烧器为对象,搭建石英玻璃燃烧室,采用受控的燃气与一次空气、二次空气混合方式,系统地考察了单片燃烧器在0%~40%的掺氢比下、不同一次空气系数和热负荷下的火焰形态、离焰极限、燃烧器温度以及CO、NO_(x)等烟气排放情况。结论表明:掺氢比的升高使得燃烧器的离焰极限升高,燃烧器最高温度先下降后上升,CO排放改善,NO_(x)排放没有可预测的规律。本文的研究对于更具适应性燃具的设计和合理确定掺氢比,有一定借鉴作用。The key to the sustainable development of natural gas hydrogen blending technology in the domestic gas appliance field is the performance of gas appliances originally designed and manufactured for natural gas in pipe network under natural gas with different hydrogen blending percentages.In this paper an atmospheric burner was installed in a quartz combustion chamber to investigate performance response when fuelled by 0-40%hydrogen admixture.The flame shapes were recorded and lift limit,burner temperature,CO and NO_(x) of flue gases were measured and analyzed.The results showed that lift limit was increased,maximum temperature of burner was decreased first and then increased and CO emission was reduced due to the increase of H_(2) introduction.There was no predictable patterns in regard of NOx emission.The work in this paper can help design gas appliance with more flexibility to H2 admixture,and to determine reasonable H2 percentages.
