二级和三级医院护士叙事护理认知现状及影响因素研究

摘　　要：目的:了解咸阳地区护士叙事护理知信行的现状,分析其影响因素,为叙事护理相关培训的开展提供参考。方法:采用一般资料调查表、叙事护理知信行问卷对413名二级、三级医院临床护士进行调查。结果:临床护士叙事护理知识、态度、行为3个维度得分分别为(23.08±4.29)分、(29.55±4.53)分、(28.61±4.31)分。多元回归分析显示影响临床护士叙事护理认知的因素有学历、医院级别、性别、职称和职务。结论:二级、三级医院护士对叙事护理态度较好、知识和行为还有待提高。护理管理者要利用网络等多种形式加强对临床护士叙事护理相关知识的教育培训,推动叙事护理事业在咸阳地区的发展。Objective:To investigate the status quo of narrative nursing knowledge,attitude and practice(KAP)of clinical nurses,and analyze its influencing factors,so as to provide reference for the development of narrative nursing related training.Methods:The general information questionnaire and narrative nursing KAP questionnaire were used to investigate 428 clinical nurses in second and third level hospitals.Results:The scores of narrative nursing knowledge,attitude and practice of clinical nurses were(23.08±4.29),(29.55±4.53)and(28.61±4.31).The multiple regression analysis showed that the factors affecting clinical nurses′narrative nursing cognition were educational background,hospital level,gender,professional title and position.Conclusions:Clinical nurses have a good attitude towards narrative nursing,and their knowledge and practice need to be improved.Nursing managers should strengthen the education and training of narrative nursing knowledge of clinical nurses by using various forms such as network,so as to promote the development of narrative nursing.
