摘  要:癫痫是一种以反复抽搐发作为特点的慢性神经系统疾病,也是神经科急症之一。川芎嗪是中药川芎的有效提取成分,川芎嗪治疗心脑血管疾病已广泛应用于临床,但其抗癫痫作用却报道较少。动物实验及临床研究均表明川芎嗪有抗癫痫作用,其作用机制是多靶点的。通过调节神经递质、炎症细胞因子从而降低神经兴奋性;保护神经元,抑制神经细胞凋亡;抑制脑组织中P-糖蛋白表达从而促进抗癫痫药物透过血脑屏障。探索新的给药途径在癫痫急救、自救中具有重大的研究前景及临床意义。因此,该文对近10余年来针对川芎嗪抗癫痫作用及其作用机制、药物代谢动力学的研究进行归纳总结,为中药有效成分治疗癫痫的开发及应用提供思路与参考。Epilepsy is a chronic nervous system disease characterized by recurrent convulsions,and it is also one of the emergency cases in neurology department. Ligustrazine is an effective extracted component of the traditional Chinese medicine Chuanxiong(Chuanxiong Rhizoma). Ligustrazine has been widely used in clinical treatment of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases,but its antiepileptic effect is rarely reported. Animal experiments and clinical studies have shown that ligustrazine has anti-epileptic effect,and its mechanism is multi-target. By regulating neurotransmitters and inflammatory cytokines to reduce nerve excitability and protect neurons and inhibit the apoptosis of nerve cells;inhibition of p-glycoprotein expression in brain tissue promotes antiepileptic drugs to cross the blood-brain barrier. It is of great research prospect and clinical significance to explore new ways of administration in epilepsy first aid and self-rescue.Therefore,this paper summarized the researches on the antiepileptic effect,mechanism and pharmacokinetics of ligustrazine in the past 10 years,so as to provide ideas and references for the development and application of effective ingredients of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of epilepsy.
