摘　　要：现阶段高校研究生党员的培养仍存在许多问题,如研究生党员数目庞大,培养不成体系,党支部活动较为单一缺乏创新等等。因此在制度建设上,应结合理工科学院自身性质制定方案,将传统建设和试点建设结合,灵活划分党小组,建立导师引领制的支部活动制度,同时多维支部融合发展,促进党群共建。At this stage,there are still many problems in the training of Party members for graduate students in colleges and universities,such as the huge number of Party members for graduate students,the lack of a system for training,and the lack of innovation in Party branch activities.Therefore,in terms of system construction,plans should be formulated in accordance with the nature of the college of science and engineering,combining traditional construction and pilot construction,flexibly dividing Party groups,establishing a mentor-led branch activity system,and at the same time multidimensional branch development to promote the joint construction of the Party and the masses.
