以质量体系的管理模式对职业院校培训工作的探讨

摘　　要：2019年国家教育部要求全国所有职业院校在完成教育部规定的学历教育的同时也得完成国家规定的职业培训,两者一样重要,不得偏颇,才有利于促进就业创业。本单位有着丰富的船员职业培训经验,该培训中最值得推荐的就是船员培训质量管理体系,该体系不仅从管理方面对师资、场地、文件消息的依据都作了详细规定,而且在培训教育方面的培养方案、计划、学生入学的学籍管理最终到考取证书都作了规定。按照这种质量体系进行职业培训的管理,则培训过程中的管理程序都有章可循,学生的学籍管理能够按章办理,所有行动都有依据可查,而不是随意拍脑袋就决定,职业院校的培训工作与学历教育就能走上国家要求的“两条腿”走路的方式。In 2019,the National Ministry of Education required all professional colleges in the country to complete the academic education prescribed by the Ministry of Education and also complete the professional training prescribed by the state.The two are equally important and allow no bias for the promotion of employment and entrepreneurship.This unit has a wealth of experience in seafarer vocational training.The most recommended of this training is the crew training quality management system.The system not only makes detailed regulations for teachers,venues,and foundations of documents on the basis of management,but also stipulates the training programs,plans,management of student enrollment and achievement of certificates in training and education.Following the management of professional training according to this quality system,the management procedures in the training process can be launched successively.The students’enrollment status management can be handled according to the regulations and all actions can be referred,rather than decided by sudden insight.The training work and academic education of colleges and universities can follow the“two-legged”walking method required by the state.
