冰蹴球运动融入高校公共体育课程教学适应探究

摘　　要：我国优秀民族传统体育进高校、进课堂,可以有效促进高校冰雪体育教学质量的不断提升。运用文献资料、调查研究等方法,探讨冰蹴球运动融入高校公共体育课程的教学适应。认为,冰蹴球运动具有较高的运动价值和文化价值,适应高校公共体育课程培育身体素养、传承中华优秀传统体育文化和提升公共体育教学成效的教学要求。为此提出加强教师培训、完善场地器材设施和构建课程体系等融入实施路径,为更好推动我国民间民俗传统体育融入高校公共体育课程提供参考。In order to continuously promote the excellent national traditional sports into colleges and universities,into the classroom,and promote the continuous improvement of the teaching quality of ice and snow sports in Colleges and universities.Using the methods of literature,investigation and research,this paper discusses the teaching adaptation of ice hockey into the public physical education curriculum in Colleges and universities.It is believed that ice hockey has high sports value and cultural value,which can meet the teaching requirements of cultivating physical quality,inheriting Chinese excellent traditional sports culture and improving the teaching effect of public sports in Colleges and universities.Therefore,it is proposed to strengthen teacher training,improve equipment and facilities,and construct curriculum system.
